@celesteh I’m sure I’ve seen stuff in cooperative resources but brain fog is stopping me remembering, so I'm not as useful as I'd hope… Worth having a look at https://www.uk.coop/support-your-co-operative/governance-advice-and-support though there’s a lot to plough through. People Support might have some good resources too. https://peoplesupport.coop/ and paging #cooperatives #coops #WorkerCoops
And of course there’s Michael Young’s “I said DON’T build the torment nexus, you fools” piece https://www.theguardian.com/politics/2001/jun/29/comment

@davevolek Workers are responsible for the results of their actions including when they are at work. Responsibility isn’t transferable even with consent, so no one who isn’t a worker should be able to own voting shares in a company. This is why all firms must be workplace democracies/worker #coops. See link:
Communes and co-ops are two ways of living together. What's the difference?

1. Can you elaborate on this objection to #Marxism?
2. There are arguments against #capitalism with zero reference to Marxism. Such arguments for #anticapitalism have been developed in modern terms by David Ellerman. Here is a PBS article introducing his argument for #WorkerCooperatives :

3. This results from insufficient attention to inalienable democratic rights in their theory. #Marx famously rejected #HumanRights
