We're supporting @sage_southaus to do undertake a particiaptory micro-grant funding round for local grassroots groups and initiatives that can offer projects to help address systemic and long term issues around wellbeing in our activist (and related) communities.

We're preparing to use an incredible open source tool called CoBudget but as we look over the code we can see that since COVID the project could do with a little love.

Are you or do you know any devs who could look over the project code and pass on their thoughts for improving the developer experience on the project.

The project needs to attract some new devs and we've often found making it easier to get involved and contribute can help attract new dev contributors.

I worked with #Outlandish during a design week last month. They're awesome people and an interesting organisation, using #sociocracy and #cobudget.

This could be an application for #Cobudget.

You buy a $500 CD, and then can see all the loans in your credit union that are currently seeking investment, w/ borrowers allowed to adjust who can see their requests. Anyone can "buy" up to 5% of any particular loan currently in its offering period, with the credit union taking an administration fee (if the loan is for 6%, your participation in it earns 5%, or something). #coopfinance #creditunion
