Zufriedenheitsumfragemails nach Nutzung einer Dienstleistung sind ja ok. Darin dann #Clicktracking zu machen ist gerade noch akzeptabel. Daß ein Link zur #Datenschutzerklärung drin ist, ist toll. Aber warum zu Geier, #Qualitando, ist der Link zur Datenschutzerklärung ebenfalls hinter Clicktracking?!? Wie soll ich mich da denn vorgängig informieren können, wie mein Klick auf den Link verwendet wird? Denn der ist ja #personalisiert und damit sind's #personenbezogene Daten. #WTF #FAIL #HenneEi
