PDS FLASH FLOOD EMERGENCY for Grants, New Mexico.

"At 630 PM MDT, Emergency management reported that the Rio San Jose is out of banks, flooding the area between Davis and Sargent streets. This is due to earlier thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in the
warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing."
