I need #Churu (the cat snack) to not have random ass shellfish/seafood in it. My boy is allergic and I am pretty good about checking to make sure, but apparently now the Chicken flavor has "scallop" listed as a damn ingredient.

Unbelievable. Why? I hate capitalism or whatever stupid reasons for that shit.

Well there it is. The last of the wet food my cat will eat now has scallop flavor in all the chicken varieties.

He stopped eating the chicken flavor out of the last combo box that I bought, but the chicken and cheese is fine. So tonight I went to go by just chicken and cheese, the new packages look different so I looked at the label:

SCALLOP FLAVOR!! (My cat is allergic to seafood. He has IBD and it causes him major problems.)

I suppose it’s just as well I stop buying them as I don’t trust them to not sell the diseased meat to the pet food producers. And these are EXPENSIVE. So far he can still eat the cooked freeze dried chicken treats & he enjoys catnip.

But 😭 do I wean him off them by giving him one every other day or every couple days? He usually gets his chicken treats upstairs but I could put them in the container I keep the Churu in and give him some at feeding time. 😭😭

I gave the link you sent me to my human and I requested to have some Churu like all other normal cats 

Then my human left home for aeons to travel to some parsecs around, and finally came back with some Churu for Maou!! 

It's really tasty, I don't understand why my human never bought it for me before, all these centuries passed without having Churu
