We went to a Lutheran church in the next town over yesterday. There was only one reading and it was from the apocrypha. The sermon was a good take, but lacked any Good News. They did at least have communion (with Christ's blood in little tiny shot glasses). No choir and music only 2 Sundays a month. I think if we go Lutheran (swim the Danube?) we'd be just fine going to the local church.

Looking for churches is an interesting experience. Over the years I’ve had opportunity to look for churches many times and I’ve often run into some weird things.
