Had a day. The only place i dealt with where i achieved a positive outcome was with #officeworks. Every other thing i attempted today failed. Oh except my fall back, im over today moment, where i finished replaying dishonored and have only one outstanding trophy.

I’ve decided to get rid of #westpac. Not get rid of it for everyone….just us. I actually get a certain amount of pleasure deciding I’m over a bank.

I bank with 3 seperate banks. I have 3 different requirements and #westpac is used for one of them. The other 2 I’m very happy with but #chinesewalls means I can’t replace #westpac with them. I don’t want to either. The things I have to move can be quite complex. #westpac has been failing the complexity with procedural garbage. 11 years of good now this.

I’ve chosen, I think, where I wish to go but the journey of achieving this will decide whether I use them. If they are difficult I will find someone else. As I said, I expect complexity but procedural nightmares on top will not be accepted.
