Betty never married, yet she was the #matriarch of the Lynn family. Each year on Canada Day, Betty organized a family reunion at her parent’s gravesite in Toronto. She wanted the family to pay respects to her father, who first arrived in 1911, and her mother, who arrived in 1920.
