-- I had used a self-signed TLS cert for my home POP3S/SMTPS, and their gateway refused to allow calls. I've now got a real cert from #LetsEncrypt and it works.
-- Well, except SMTPS. Port 465 is a non-no. Run the same service on port 587 and all is well. I am not sure this is what the standards say. #BoringTravel #StupidNetworkTricks ...

I took this picture from my phone as the train pulled out of the Union Station in downtown Chicago. I really liked how the train lines seemed to run back to the heart of the city, the abandoned cabin indicative of this part of the city being so different from the bustling downtown. There is always a certain stillness watching a city fade off at a distant when you travel and the striking colors from the setting sun makes it profound.
