While this is an important accomplishment, our mission is far from over. OPCW continues its critical work to ensure that chemistry is used only to benefit humanity. 🕊️
🏅 #OnThisDay in 2013 the #OPCW was awarded the #NobelPeacePrize for its extensive efforts to eliminate chemical weapons.
Today, the 🌎's declared #ChemicalWeapons stockpiles have been irreversibly destroyed, and we continue our efforts to ensure that chemistry is used only for the benefit of humanity.
