soaprootHere's my latest cheese-related dish. Take uncooked Brussel Sprouts, cut in half, microwave in a bowl for 2 minutes, add slices of cheese on top, microwave another minute or two until cheese melts. I've been mostly using a mild cheddar but a beer cheese also worked and others might too. #CheeseLoversOfMastodon
