Il gip di Roma ha disposto gli arresti domiciliari per Eitan Bondi, il 21enne fermato per aver sparato con una pistola ad aria compressa a due attivisti dell'Anpi il 25 aprile a Roma, a margine delle celebrazioni per la Festa della Liberazione. Lo conferma l'avvocato Cesare Gai al termine dell'atto istruttorio. Il giudice ha derubricato l'accusa da duplice tentato omicidio a tentate lesioni pluriaggravate.
Il 21enne nel corso di dichiarazioni spontanee davanti al gip si è assunto la "responsabilità" di aver esploso il colpo di pistola a piombini contro due appartenenti all'Anpi e ha spiegato di "vergognarsi" per il gesto chiedendo scusa ed esprimendo solidarietà. Il giovane ha inoltre affermato di non avere alcun legame con la Brigata Ebraica citata invece in un primo momento.
L'indagato, davanti al giudice, si è avvalso della facoltà di non rispondere, rendendo però dichiarazioni spontanee. Secondo quanto riferiscono i suoi avvocati, il 21enne si è assunto la responsabilità del gesto, definendolo "deplorevole". Inoltre ha manifestato "vergogna" per quanto accaduto, esprimendo solidarietà alle persone ferite e a chi si è sentito offeso. Come detto, il giovane ha precisato "di non appartenere ad alcun gruppo e di escludere moventi politici o ideologici alla base dell'azione", negando anche qualsiasi legame con la Brigata Ebraica.

This is confirmed by lawyer Cesare Gai at the end of the investigative hearing. The judge has downgraded the charge from attempted aggravated murder to aggravated multiple injuries.

The 21-year-old, during spontaneous statements before the judge, took “responsibility” for having fired the pellet gun at two members of the Anpi and explained that he “was ashamed” of the act, apologizing and expressing solidarity. The young man also stated that he had no connection with the Hebrew Brigade, which was initially cited.

The investigated, before the judge, exercised his right to remain silent, however, made spontaneous statements. According to his lawyers, the 21-year-old took responsibility for the gesture, describing it as “regrettable.” He also expressed “shame” over what happened, expressing solidarity with the injured and those who felt offended. As stated, the young man specified “that he did not belong to any group and excluded political or ideological motives behind the action,” also denying any connection with the Hebrew Brigade.

AGI - Un 21enne è stato fermato dai poliziotti della Digos perché sospettato di aver esploso un colpo di pistola a piombini centrando due militanti dell'Anpi al termine della manifestazione del 25 aprile nei pressi del Parco Schuster, vicino alla Basilica di San Paolo, a Roma.
Il giovane, fermato nella notte, è difeso dall'avvocato Cesare Gai. Le motivazioni sono al vaglio di investigatori e inquirenti.

Sono una donna e un uomo, marito e moglie, i due feriti raggiunti da colpi di pistola a piombini esplosi al termine della manifestazione del 25 aprile nei pressi del Parco Schuster, a Roma, a pochi passi dalla Basilica di San Paolo. La coppia indossava i fazzoletti dell’Anpi al collo quando è stata colpita: l’uomo al collo, la donna alla spalla. Le ferite, fortunatamente lievi, sono state medicate sul posto dal personale sanitario.
Secondo quanto riferito ai poliziotti, i due stavano cercando un bar in via delle Sette Chiese quando un uomo in sella ad uno scooter di grossa cilindrata si sarebbe fermato davanti a loro. Indossava un casco integrale e un giubbotto di colore militare. Senza dire una parola, avrebbe estratto una pistola a piombini e fatto fuoco, per poi allontanarsi rapidamente.

C’è un sospettato per gli spari sui militanti Anpi il 25 aprile di Roma. Si tratta di un ragazzo di 21 anni legato alla Comunità ebraica della Capitale. Il giovane, che avrebbe ammesso responsabilità, è stato fermato nella notte e, difeso dall’avvocato Cesare Gai, è stato interrogato dai pm e dagli investigatori della Digos di Roma. Il ragazzo a bordo di uno scooter bianco e vestito un giubbotto verde militare, è accusato di essersi avvicinato a una coppia di militanti dell’Anpi e di aver sparato diversi colpi con una pistola ad aria compressa. Le vittime sono marito e moglie, Nicola Fasciano, 65 anni, e Rossana Gabrieli, 62 anni. L’uomo è stato colpito vicino al collo e alla guancia, la donna invece alla spalla.
