Last #CephaloCon trip dinner was an unimpressive Rösti in Zürich. Now on the Nightjet to Hamburg. Not entirely unhappy that track works in Germany meant we had to start in Zürich rather than Basel. Bern was _lovely_ and the landscapes past Freiburg and Bern were well worth the trip.

Die #cephalocon ist vorbei. Viel zu viel Input mitgenommen. Muss einiges Testen die nächsten Wochen. Jetzt nur noch 8 Stunden im ICE verbringen…

If this trip home from #CephaloCon proceeds as planned we will have had: Breakfast in Geneva, lunch in Bern, and dinner in Zürich. This train travel lark isn’t half bad.

Second train going home from #CephaloCon is more double decker carriages, but this time loco-hauled (class 460). Bern to Zürich on the IC81. As clean and punctual as all of the other Swiss trains we’ve had the pleasure of using.
