+150 resumes sent. 1st week, I was hired by a place I thought was going to be the actual company. Turns out their internal agency hired me, and I was paid less than agreed upon.

Nope. I'm out.

The next one paid quite well, but again, agencies are unstable #employment. Loved the place but needed #stability. Then 3 calls, 3 interviews, 2 offers in a week.
