Family and friends rally for Cash Gaudio with upcoming charity golf event at London Downs

LYNCHBURG, Va. (WSET) — The Lynchburg community is coming together to honor the memory of Cash Gaudio, a teenager who was tragically shot and killed in his driveway last year. Family and friends are organizing a golf tournament in his honor, called the Swing for Cash Golf Classic, which will take place on Tuesday.Shannon Meyers, Cash's mother, expressed her gratitude for the community's support. 'I can't imagine not having this and not having the support and not ensuring that Cash is remembered,' she said.The event will feature 28 teams of four, with all proceeds going to the Live Like Cash
