@DenOfEarth Here’s a great read about the BMW i3 story. So much of the user testimony is quite Intriguing, including the unexpected performance and handling described by some.

The #Bloomberg story should be readable without a paywall using any of the iOS, iPadOS and MacOS stocks & market news app. Possibly also their Android or Windows etc. equivalents.

#W124 coupé #C124 was one of my favorite automobiles when owned. Effortless mile muncher at 80-100 mph (where permitted). Comfortable seats for 4 adults with their luggage. Excellent climate control. And of course, the amazing quirkery of the power rear windows, the seat belt advancers, and the front seat backs which unlocked automatically when the front door opened.

It was also reliable, inexpensive to service.

Welcome to #Cartodon! I noticed there weren't many car related #Mastodon instances, so I decided to start one up! The car on the front page is my 2015 #MINI Cooper S 2 Door. I'm thinking about setting up a "car of the month" thing where users can send me a photo of their car, and I'll choose the best one to display on the front page.
