#CaptBoneSpurs compared fighting a war to playing a video game.

An ACTUAL veteran/hero had some choice words for that stupidity. #Iran

@The_Whore_of_Blahbylon
I keep thinking about #CaptBoneSpurs asking Gen. Millie at Normandy: "I don't get it. What was in it for them?" because for the #NarcissistInChief, one does nothing if there isn't something in it for them.

…and then going on TV yesterday to praise the "patriotism" of the three soldiers who were killed. ("What was in it for them?")

Then consider his running for president. His #cult swoons over his "selfless patriotism", but WE KNOW there must be something in it for HIM.

I'M SURE MOST PEOPLE AGREE that #CaptBoneSpurs was disturbingly cavalier about the fact "American troops were likely to die" as a result of his unprovoked attack upon #Iran. #Israel is already suffering casualties, and 3 U.S. troops (so far) are dead.

Typical #GOP lack of #empathy. #Sociopaths

Which member of YOUR family would you be willing to sacrifice in exchange for #RegimeChange in Iran?

Rachel asked last night:

"Why did #CaptBoneSpurs attack #Venezuela?"

First it was about #Fentanyl. Then it was about #Cocaine. Then it was about going after a #Dictator. Then, he admitted it was about the #oil (which is true, but not 100%.)

In fact, there appears to be ANOTHER reason our latest #Republican #DraftDodger president invaded a sovereign South American nation:

Maddow calls out the real reason Trump invaded Venezuela

Rachel Maddow runs through the litany of excuses and justifications the Trump administration has presented to explain the military invasion of Venezuela, and points out that none of what has been floated holds up under scrutiny. Every principle the Trump administration claims to be defending comes with examples of the administration not caring at all about that principle. Even the popular idea that it was all for oil doesn't really make sense upon closer examination. But there is one reason that is consistent with Trump's behavior through the first year of his second term in office.

@the5thColumnist
Any project of this size will cost hundreds of billions of dollars.

What would YOU do if you were a defense contractor with no contracts b/c we already have all the Aircraft Carriers and Small Arms ships that we need? You'd sell #CaptBoneSpurs on the idea of building a fleet of BATTLE ships... "And we can name them after YOU!"

Trust me. This is real. (Real nuts, real expensive, and a real waste of money.)

@morgan
I took a further look at the Carter plaque.

#CaptBoneSpurs actually trashes Carter for pardoning "Vietnam draft dodgers."

#JFC. Talk about Clueless!

Then falsely claimed Carter "gave away the Panama Canal for $1"... which was a popular lie being spread back when #DonnieDumbass was still claiming he was going to "take back the Panama Canal." 🤦‍♂️

Celebrating the "250th Anniversary of the U.S. Navy" today, #CaptBoneSpurs is flying out to the USS George HW Bush aircraft carrier.

Waiting for him, an F18 Hornet with his name stenciled upon it. #StolenHonor

Jen talked about #Kegstand's wildly offensive & clueless macho bull$#!+ speech yesterday, followed by #CaptBoneSpurs' equally offensive & rambling WTF follow-up speech.

I'd be shocked if these two wannabe-warriors didn't alienate every single career officer in the U.S. military yesterday.

Trump, Hegseth put on embarrassing show before a distinguished military audience

Donald Trump's secretary of war, Pete Hegseth, summoned all of the U.S. military's top leadership to an extremely unusual meeting in Quantico, Virginia, only to subject them to weird, self-indulgent speeches from Hegseth and Trump. Lieutenant General Russel Honoré, U.S. Army (retired), talks with Jen Psaki about the bizarre event and Donald Trump's poor understanding of how the U.S. military works.

MSNBC

The #CaptBoneSpurs administration has fired or reassigned 16 top military officials who dared contradict him (like his #BSC claim we "obliterated" Iran's nuclear weapons program when all evidence shows we merely set them back a few months.)

6 of the 16 are women. Yes, less than half. But what percentage of military leadership positions are held by women? #MisogynistInChief

@GottaLaff
This goes beyond his usual pointless stupidity.

Renaming the #GulfOfMexico was instigated b/c he's a #racist f--k, and renaming the "#Persian" Gulf to the "#ArabianGulf" was likely spurred by his Saudi friends informing him "#Persia" was the original name of #Iran.

But beyond #CaptBoneSpurs, wiping out the name of "The Persian Gulf", it also eradicates/dismisses the place of death for thousands of American troops (that I assume would no longer appear on any map.)
