We were over helping a young neighbour with his mouse problem today, when he asked us “Hey, did you guys get that Census thing in the mail?”

“Yeah,” I replied. “Everyone did.”

“Oh,” he said. Then, after a pause he continued “Can you tell me what it is?”

Three groups of questions in the #CanadianCensus ... quite a bit about where I was born.. and my parents... and what citizenship I have... other about sexual orientation, gender and religion.. and another group about languages that I know, use at home.. I wonder how many people added #Esperanto as an answer.
