If #taxes paid by #California residents and businesses were kept in CA rather than sent to DC, we’d be measurably better off. We could meaningfully cut taxes and still be better off. And we’d reduce the absurd amount of overhead cost for delivering services paid by the state from federal funds by eliminating the middleman.
