Okay, so to get an #Oakland parking permit, I need a physical drivers' license with my new address on it. However, because my license renewed too recently, the #CaliforniaDMV won't issue me a new one with the new address on it. Which bureaucracy will be easier to persuade that this is silly: the city government, or the state DMV?
