Just imagine: if we changed the calendar to have 13 28-day months, the leap day could be a holiday. Not part of a month, just a special holiday day.
And as a bonus, the 365th day of the year could be like that too.

Also, the date and day of week would not shift like they do now, e.g. every 3rd would be a Wednesday. And with all these changes, we could move month names around so September thru December are actually the 7th to 10th months.

In a few hours, it will cease to be 2023 and become 2024. Unless, of course, you live in a country like Iran or Ethiopia that doesn't use the Gregorian calendar. Or you live in a timezone further east than UTC+7, in which case it's already 2024 for you.
