Il y a un an, de violents orages frappaient durement les producteurs d'ail rose de Lautrec, dans le Tarn. La tempête, la grêle avaient partiellement détruit la production. Depuis, les agriculteurs tentent de trouver des solutions naturelles pour protéger leur culture.
