Just spent an hour in an ATT store getting my phone unlocked so I could switch carriers. Have had the phone for 3+ years, it's fully paid off, I've had my account longer than 3 years, etc. It SHOULD NOT BE LOCKED IN THE FIRST PLACE #BoycottATT ! Then it took the store clerk to get an agent on the phone who took 29 minutes and 32 seconds to unlock it only to tell me it would take 24 to 48 hours to be fully unlocked. Where is our #CPFB? Why is #ATT still a company. DO NOT BUY FROM ATT. THEY SUCK
