oh neat, they tried (and failed) to introduced a thing that helps them get reelected. tell me, what have they done for the working class lately? for black people, immigrants, indigenous people, queer folks, or anyone else besides their petty bourgeoisie voters? while the rest of us are fighting in the streets to protect folks from armed monsters you and your politicians do fuck all but maybe hold a sign or two, then act like we're the aggressors when we defend someone being attacked by ICE agents.
AOC's meaningless display last week doesn't count either. about 3 fucking years and almost an entire city worth of people too late. history will remember their inaction, and she just helped solidify it, I assume because the current victims are strong enough to defend themselves and it scares her. cowards, every last one of them.
keep the gerrymandering and shove it up your ass. if you actually give a shit and want us to start voting for these assholes here's what you need:
1. Get some morals, stand for something besides empty bs
2. start calling them out for their apathy
3. stop applauding them for their failures.
