Das Gericht gab am Mittwoch dem #US-Technologiekonzern #Broadcom in einem Patentstreit um #Ethernet-Verbindungen recht (Aktenzeichen: 7 O 7655/25). Das berichtet der Fachdienst ip fray. Konkret gehe es um Broadcoms #Patent #EP1903733 (“Method and system for an extended range ethernet line code”).
Ein deutsches Gericht hat den Verkauf von Renaults Erfolgsmodellen Mégane und Clio hierzulande vorerst untersagt. Hintergrund ist ein Streit um Netzwerk-Patente von Broadcom. Für deutsche Kunden bedeutet das Urteil erst einmal jedoch nicht allzu viel.

Renault are doing it again. While the Clio VI might look fucking nice, it doesn’t resemble its predecessors in any way, does it? It seems too big to me. Then again, they have the R5 e-Tech to fill the gap between the Twingo and Clio, I guess.
