I think I can safely say that the #CBDOil has stopped working. The relief I got initially has evaporated. It's like my body has built a resistance to the stuff.
Rather than upping doses It might be better to take a break just to give endocannabinoid receptors a chance to reset.
Life eh? One FAFF to another.

Have decided that i just don't get the benefit from the #CBDOil unless I take it in the evening. It might make the dreams a bit more 3D real but it is more restful so will have to work on coping with the dreams.

Day three of the new #CBDoil and have stopped taking it in the evening due to the most intense anxiety dreams. It certainly has a very quick effect after I take it (as a spray). As I often say..."we'll see" aka I'm not easily convinced.

New #CBDoil has arrived. My first delve was a very pure but low dose capsule. This is a slightly upgraded dose spray. Minty taste with a hint of yuk. We can only see.

The jury is out on the cbd oil so far but I am only taking 10mg a day (UK food and drug agency advise no more than that yet actual scientific trials have been cited using 1500mg). Maybe it is helping my sleep. Maybe. Heard from my emdr therapist that somebody in the East End got it on the NHS for ptsd and depression (that cannot have been easy) #MentalHealth #CBD #CBDOil

@emsquared I have made regular, daily use of #CBDOil for the past 5 years. 100mg/mL daily as an oil supplied under Rx. It has been marvellous for anxiety management. Happy to answer any questions.

For the past 2 years I've added #THC under Rx as a supplemental treatment to aid in sleep, further anxiety management and for back pain (tinctures and edibles).

By the way I'm thinking of trying some #CbdOil. Prices seem crazy daft here in the #UK and though regulated it seems like a bewildering choice for the beginner.
If anyone in the UK has any experience and recommendations then i'm all ears (although only one of them works).
