AIPAC is back spending big in races between Democrats.
In the weeks before Election Day, its super PAC has dropped $1.5 million for an AIPAC-endorsed Democrat in #CA34, facing a challenger who is calling to withhold foreign aid to Israel until a ceasefire is reached.
In our latest @sludge, I reached out to the campaigns and local groups including IfNotNow Los Angeles:
NEW: In its only general election spending, the United Democracy Project super PAC has spent $1.5 million in #CA34 for the AIPAC-endorsed Rep. Jimmy Gomez (D), facing challenger David Kim (D),.
The incumbent Gomez's campaign is also being backed by more than half a million in spending by the cryptocurrency industry.
