So for people scrambling to get off Google Docs, which seems to be overblown anyway, I just heard about #ButterDocs.
It looks really nice! Lots of inventive features.
It's $100 a year, as an introductory rate, which is about what I pay for #Novlr. Their "normal" rate is far more than I'd pay for a year for writing software.
#til Arc Studio has started early access for their new word processor called #ButterDocs.
It's got outlining, collaboration, notes, productivity features, and draft management.
Some features I have with #ObsidianMD, but others, I don't.
I use G-docs for final drafts of prose, and this would replace that if the price wasn't so π±
Less cheap people than I might consider it a good deal.
