It's actually kinda sad when you think about it.

If I recall correctly, ,odern "men's formal fashion" was flattened into a limited style by a 1900s guy who really, really wanted less expensive, gaudy suits.

I mean, suits are still expensive in a way, but they're not as flamboyant and conspicuous.

On one hand, I like that it's considered gross to have an overdone suit, but on the other hand, it's sad that there's not as much art allowed.
