The amount #Labor and the #LNP are offering as a rebate for doctors who 100% #BulkBill is less than the retail price of a doctor's visit at every practice* within ~40 minutes, and three towns drive from me. Even if they were counted as "remote area" with the highest rate.
So how is this going to increase #Medicare Bulk Billing?
Less revenue per patient. How does that encourage more bulk billing?
