While I'm waiting on more broomcorn to arrive, I'm playing with tampico.

This is a narrow double-ended broom for small spaces. It was inspired by the narrow brush my partner uses for sweeping up silver dust on his jeweller's bench (and made use of the few yards of cord I had left on my spool).

The many uses of Broomcorn (Sorghum): "..In Nigeria, the pulverized red leaf-sheaths of sorghum have been used to dye leather, while in Algeria, sorghum has been used to dye wool. In India, the panicle stalks are used as bristles for brooms."

Does anyone out there have broom crafting guide they'd recommend?

I know a dirt basic method and wouldn't mind being pointed towards a source to study and learn from.
