Smokestack, Bargaineer Center Site, near East Battles St & North Montello St, Brockton MA. This appears on the same ridge line as the two Brockton cell towers, about halfway between them.

The two cell towers are literally right across Mulberry St from each other.

I found the smokestack is part of the remains of the Bargineer Center Site, which is/was a superfund cleanup site.
