This is a great shame - Chris did a really good job fixing the aftermath of a large stone thrown up by a lorry on the a A14 clouting the bonnet of my old Polo - it had lifted 10mm of paint and caused a big dent!), he even gave me a lift home after I dropped off the car (and again when it was ready to be collected). I wish i'd kept in touch with him more, but you generally try to drive in such a way that avoids having to use #bodyshops too much!

I was surprised to learn the business was suffering financial problems, as like most bodyshops it always seemed to be busy and I assumed the sporadically updated social media was simply because they were busy repairing peoples cars!
