I appreciated this conversation from the Australian Broadcasting Corp.'s #BlueprintForLiving about what it actually means to shift our practices and systems to build more densely, to develop systems for in-fill development. It's one thing to say that we need to do less greenfield development, but it's another thing entirely to figure out how to make it work (permitting, zoning, etc.) with hundreds or thousands of property owners.
