Black-Bellied Plover in Flight

This black-bellied plover (Pluvialis squatarola) is usually spotted along coastal areas, mingling with other shorebirds. However, in this snapshot, the plover is caught mid-air—showcasing its elegant flight! The original image had the bird's head in shadows, so some adjustments were made to bring out its distinct features and better identify the bird.
