The basis of this exhibition project was the creation of a monumental drawing, almost 8 meters by 1.2 meters, using all the scraping techniques I've developed and discovered over the years. This summer I was able to work in a studio with enough space to spread out the entire roll and work comfortably. The idea was to move away from the meticulous gestures of my usual drawings and work in a more spontaneous and physical way, using broad strokes.

This drawing was created for an album cover (link below) for the Major Asinus label and a project called ‘La nouvelle Ere des Hommes cadavres’ (La nouvelle Ere des hommes cadavres), a compilation of different musicians working on the same theme. The inspiration for the drawing was the underwater rock formations in Japan, Yonaguni.
