And that's only a start to alleviate immediate suffering and pre-mature death.

Another absolute must is a global specialised collective trauma recovery and de-radicalisation programme, starting from the womb, which I suggest should be custom-made for each person and compulsory for everyone, indefinitely, to secure #NeverAgain for future generations.
