eddFirst day biking more than a mile or two (plus kids) in about a month. I made it up the hills, but the driveway got me trying to drag the kids up. Guess we'll back to working on that again.
@ascentale @trouble @bikenite A5. Kind of me as a certified #BikeDad . I don't do a ton of active advocacy, but I am fairly visible in my neighborhood and areas I frequent. I've definitely spoken to more than a few folks about biking for utility.

#coffeeneuring day 2! A bit farther, but didn't get to see the old water works on the way in. Maybe on the way back!
Hooo boy, rear rack kid seats, trailers, and steep driveways do NOT get along. Kid nearly flipped us just sitting there because the center of gravity was so high above the rear wheel. Ended up doing a Mission Impossible extraction to get us up the drive. Take note #BikeDad s out there.
Oh yea! Found a slightly less awful alternative to the 9% grade hill! Still around a 9% grade, but that section is so much shorter.
It's been a looong time since I had to walk the bike up a hill. Holy lactic buildup, Batman!
We just moved and our "little hill" now seems like flat terrain compared to the piedmont we now live in. School pickup is rough the last few miles!
I need to come up with some timed nap routes around home. That was more stressful than I needed. #BikeDad #BikeTooter
