June is a successful artist in a happy relationship. She feels, though, as if something is missing from her art, and one fateful night, she and her boyfriend are caught in a car crash. While Eli is stuck in a coma, June recovers- almost. She begins experiencing strange visions and is suddenly able to manipulate the objects around her. When she learns that she might have to tear down the world around her to heal the one she loves, the adventure truly begins…

BEYOND REAL is a story which explores what it means to be human, what it means to create and to live, and if the reality around us is merely a facade, of our own making or otherwise. Gorgeous colors, linework, and paneling really make this comic one to watch.
