#RedHat's Open Decision Framework is another take on the the Open Enterprise Governance Model described by #BetterMeans. There are other models folks have been describing, like #Sociocracy and #Holocracy. I'd love to see an analysis of the range of scales each of these work best at, and how to transition between them as your org experiences growth and degrowth:

I still think the #OpenEnterprise Governance Model has a lot of useful insights to offer about how such a structure can work for both users and devs (or creators and audience in a non-code commons):

#BetterMeans promoted this almost 10 years ago now. IMHO they were way ahead of the curve and as with #Gratipay, it's sad their project didn't survive.
