This morning I went up the Benther Berg all the way to the summit, thinking I had never been up there. When I arrived I realised that I had been already, just not with a bicycle. 🙄😆 It was a bit of a crazy idea to do this with a bicycle as the last bit was very steep and all I could do was to push, push, push. I got so hot I had to take off the helmet and my coat. I was still hot when I went down again (despite of having had a nice long chat with a walker up there) and really enjoyed the cool air on my bare arms. I can totally understand that the sun was often seen as a god by people of the past. Every time I see it come up at the horizon I’m in awe.

This morning I hurried to a get to a good viewing point along our local hill Benther Berg and admired the rosy spectacle from there, together with the #Waldwinkel sheep ☺️
