It appears to be an attempt to promote an alternative world view from the #ethnonationalism of #BelazelSmotrich #BenyamínNetanyahu and #itamarbengvir - a view it describes as 'Liberal Zionism' . While recognising - reasonably enough - that some protests against the actions of #israel have had #antisemitic overtones and thus caused legitimate fears among #Jews its main thrust appears to be towards promoting change in #israel .
Breaking news! The #uk is sanctioning #belazelsmotrich and #itamarbengvir - announced by #davidlammy in the #houseofcommons .
Calling out such a proposal - which has been welcomed already by #belazelsmotrich - might risk exposing the caller to spurious charges of #antisemitism - together no doubt with trolling !
Even #itamarbengvir and #belazelsmotrich have condemned this. However we have yet to see whether any action is taken against the perpetrators - or whether this will be forgotten 'after a decent interval' .
And #belazelsmotrich just happens to be responsible for the port of #ashdod - through which most food aid is routed. Funny that !
