Okay, here it goes: My #3GoodThings of 2023.
1. I started a new #therapy and it's really good. I switched from #BehaviouralTherapy to #PsychoAnalysis. Behavioural was really good for the accute phase and to stabilize afterwards, but now I think analysis will yield much better results in the long run.
And my therapist is really good too. Not only do I get along with her well, but she also seems to be super intelligent and great at remembering stuff. She doesn't even take notes!
2. This is the big one! I got over the #love of my life this summer. After 4 years of being crazy in love and at least 3,5 years of being depressed because of that, I got over her in a month basically. I still love her - I still love all the 5 women I ever fell in love with - but I'm not that crazy anymore. For a while I thought I even got over my #depression, but I guess that will be one of the 3 good things for a coming year.
3. My #dog started cuddling with me a while ago. I got him 2,5 years ago to feel less lonely and have someone to #cuddle, but he never really seemed to like that. It's probably just because I didn't turn on the heat this winter and it will probably all stop in spring, but at least I got him now. :)
