With the discovery of Tutankhamen’s tomb in 1922 by Howard Carter, an interest in all things Egyptian gripped the world. Here, all the value is in the beaded bag and the simple celluloid frame is there to enhance the purse without drawing attention away from the complex beadwork design. This fabulous design was inspired by the funeral mask of King Tutankhamen. Source : celluloidpurses.com
