#OTD in 1931: Former #Mafia boss Ignazio #Lupo was arrested in #Brooklyn and charged with the months-old murder of Roger Consiglio. (Consiglio was struck and killed by six bullets as he stood near a #BathBeach service station on Oct. 8, 1930.) The case was soon dismissed for lack of evidence.
