✅ NDBE: Surveillance q3 yrs (extend → 5 yrs if <3 cm).
✅ Stop if age/comorbidity ↑.

🚫 No surveillance if <1 cm.
🔍 HD-WLE + CE > WLE alone.
🧪 4-quadrant bx q2 cm / q1 cm if dysplasia.
👨‍⚕️ Expert path confirmation.

🔁 Repeat 6 mo for new BE/LGD/IND.

Well, I did it. Went to Taco Bell.

I ordered three things...and I got EIGHT. Their mistake. What a bargain. I mean really everything on the menu is all the same 7 ingredients mixed up in different kinda ways.
