I do disagree with this assumption being not solely the fault of #Enshittification caused by #Streaming providers...

Because #MusicStreaming on the major platforms never "clicked" for me either.
- Not because I didn't want i.e. #SoundCloud and #BandCamp to be good, but because the stuff I listen to is more often than not even "too niche" for them as well...
