#Baltimore311 often ignores cars in the bike lane.
Usually the car is gone by the time they send someone, or they don't send anyone and close the report after 90 days.
But this time they claim, "no violation found because the vehicle is in compliance."
But #Baltimore City Code Article 31 § 20-5 states, "No motor vehicle may park or stand in an area designated and marked as a bike lane."
Don't let driver convenience overrule cyclist safety. Enforce the law!
Getting back into my long-running efforts to seek user interface improvements for #Baltimore311.
The map on the city website currently doesn't show street names for *any* secondary streets making it super difficult to locate a request without the address. This has been bothering me for months so I finally emailed the city 311 call center director to see if we can get it sorted!
