After recently confessing to the forced deportation of residents of the occupied territories and looting, #Balitsky said that he was not going to exchange #Ukrainian prisoners of war. He threatens to send them to the front or to forced labour. Such actions directly contradict the #Geneva Convention relative to the Treatment of Prisoners of War.
