This time it’s a suggestion for you.

Add more non-animal products to your diet.

There’s a great suggestion to consume 30 kinds of plants each week. I cheat and include mushrooms in that count.

It isn’t too challenging.

For example, for breakfast tomorrow, I’m frying up an omelette with baby bella and oyster mushrooms, red onion, and wilted bok choi, served in a wheat tortilla. That’s five right there.

Fibre from many plants makes GI tracts happy.

Made it to the coast of Oregon, where the car is going to stay for a little bit while I take care of other stuff like DIYing what I can and getting a shop to do what I can’t.

Pulled over to sleep somewhere in Nebraska that is 900m up and fairly empty.

About 2k km to the West Coast. It’s wild thinking how big North America is. It’ll be two more days of driving, meaning another night of sleep somewhere.

Found exhaust problems. :/

The exhaust hangers are rusted away and there’s a hole in the exhaust pipe before the muffler.

Patched the hole and put a temporary hanger in place.

Yes, the coffee cup helped keep the muffler up for the work.

Yes I did it in a dress.
